Domestic Shipping
Receive FREE SHIPPING for all U.S.* orders via Standard Ground Shipping.
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped out the next business day which also include orders process on weekends.
Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Upon completion of order processing, the shipping information will include tracking number which will be sent via email.
If you don't receive your order or tracking number, please call our customer service department at 1(844)955-0503. Please note Wildfox is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and no refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages.

Wildfox.com is only able to ship to a PO Box through Smartpost. PO Box shipping does not apply to 2-Day or Overnight.
*Unfortunately, SmartPost service is not offered to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charges to those states will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 8-14 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
Taxes and Customs
Our international shipping charges include local taxes and/or duties at checkout. Please contact your local customs office to request more details about applicable fees. And, as required by law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents when shipping.
If you refuse a shipment from Wildfox.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import fees that are incurred upon delivery. These charges are not refunded to you.
For your protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
