At Wildfox, we use some of your information to show you relevant ads and to understand how people use our site. Under California law and similar laws in other states, some of that activity may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, even though we never sell your information for money. You can opt out at any time.

You can opt out by sending us an email or calling us through the contact details below.

  • Emailing help@wildfox.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share”
  • Calling us at +1 888-561-8820
  • Using a browser or extension that sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We treat GPC as a valid opt-out request for that browser.

What “selling” and “sharing” mean here

When you visit wildfox.com, advertising and analytics partners may collect information through cookies, pixels and similar tools. We use them to:

  • Show you Wildfox ads on other websites and social media
  • Measure whether our ads are working
  • Understand how people browse and shop our site

Because these partners may also use this information for their own purposes, the law treats this as “selling” or “sharing” your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

What information is involved

  • Identifiers, such as your IP address, device and cookie IDs, and, if you give it to us, a hashed version of your email address or phone number
  • Internet and device activity, such as the pages and products you view, what you add to your cart and how you interact with our emails, texts and ads
  • Commercial information, such as the products you purchase
  • General location, based on your IP address

What happens when you opt out

  • We’ll stop selling or sharing your personal information for targeted advertising and process your request within 15 business days.
  • If you opt out using a GPC signal, the opt-out applies to the browser and device you’re using. To apply it to your Wildfox account too, email us from the address on your account.
  • If you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device, you may need to opt out again there.
  • You’ll still see ads, but they won’t be based on your activity on our site.
  • We won’t ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months.

Limiting the use of sensitive information

We don’t collect or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, so we don’t offer a separate “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” option.

Customers under 16

We don’t knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Requests on someone else’s behalf

An authorized agent can submit an opt-out request for you by emailing help@wildfox.com with written permission signed by you. We may contact you to confirm the request.

Your choice won’t affect how we treat you

Opting out won’t change our prices, the quality of our products or the service you receive. You can still join our email and text lists and use our insider sign-up offer.
